I came to Acacia House to celebrate my birthday with a birthday dinner. Acacia house truly hit all the marks for me! They have incredible service, amazing food and the perfect vibe. Usually, when it comes to restaurants you have to pick one and you can't have it all, but I was truly impressed by our experience here! When you drive up you see this gorgeous house that really steals your heart with its charm. We were greeted by the valet parking team that parked our car for us and directed us to the front door for the restaurant. We sat on the porch outside on a beautiful spring evening and it was perfect. Megan was our server and she was such a gem. She knew the menu, made excellent recommendations based on our preferences and checked on us enough to make sure we had what we needed. When we couldn't decided between a wine or a mixed drink, we were informed that the bartenders here are talented and I have never heard such confidence about the mixed drink staff. I ended up ordering the Mexico margarita and it was delicious! We ordered the bread with the orange and fennel butter and the bread came out pipping hot but was a great choice! My friend and I shared the Mushroom Risotto and Grilled Branzino and they were both amazing dishes! I took ONE bite of the risotto and I said, "WOW! This is FIRE!" I am a huge risotto fan and always order it on a menu when I find it and this is the absolute best one I have ever had!! The Grilled Branzino was so fresh and crispy on the outside but soft on the inside. The spinach it was served with was surprisingly good, I didn't expect to really enjoy the spinach part of the dish but the fresh farm to table ingredients made it truly special. For dessert, they brought us a complimentary Cocolate hazelnut tart pie that was not too sweet. The dessert made my birthday special. To end the night, I ordered a half pour of the red cab wine and we sat on the patio by the fire place and learned more about the restaurant from "G" at the outdoor bar. Every staff member we met was so kind and sincere, it truly made our evening special. This was my first time coming here, but I will be back and am excited to have found a restaurant with delicious food, chill/classy vibes and great service! I have already told all of my friends to come here for the risotto. New favorite spot for sure.

This place was awesome! We came here to celebrate my aunt's birthday in March. We came for a lunch with a large family group, and since it was relatively late for lunch there weren't many other people around. I really liked the service as our waiter was great, and everyone there who seated us too! Also the building is large and beautiful both the exterior and interior. The white wine we got was also delicious, and we had a really nice celebration :) For food I got the burger and that didn't taste amazing to me, but still overall a really nice experience :)

This place was absolutely delicious. One of the best burgers I've ever had. And this margarita was fantastic. The salt foam was so yummy and loved the shaved lime on top. I love the grand look of the house when you approach. The ambience inside was elegant and chic. And loved the outdoor patio. The staff was wonderful and provided amazing service. Looking forward to going back someday.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Acacia House for lunch on a Sunday afternoon, and it exceeded all of my expectations. Previously, I hadn't visited since the hotel rebranded as Alila Hotel, with several chef changes, but I'm so glad I decided to give it another try. To start off, I tried the salted air Mexico City margarita, and it was just as fantastic as I remembered. The balance of flavors was perfect, making it a truly refreshing cocktail. For our appetizer, we ordered the sugar snap peas salad with pancetta, pea shots, and cheese. This salad was a pleasant surprise - it was light, refreshing, and bursting with flavors. It's easily the best salad I've had in a long time. Moving on to the main course, I decided to try the chicken schnitzel, which is one of their signature dishes. And let me tell you, it was absolutely delicious. The chicken was cooked to perfection, with a crispy exterior and tender meat. It was served with a delightful sauce that complemented the dish perfectly. The highlight of the dining experience, however, was the Victorian style patio where we chose to sit. On a good day, it's an insanely comfortable place to enjoy your meal. The ambiance was charming and added to the overall dining experience. I highly recommend Acacia House to anyone visiting town. The food, cocktails, and ambiance are all top-notch. Whether you're looking for a casual lunch or a special evening out, this place is definitely worth a visit.

I give this place 5 stars because the food and service is amazing. I came for Sunday brunch before a day of wine tasting and I am so glad I did. First, this place is beautiful and comes with complimentary valet parking. The ambiance is beautiful and warm. Service was professional and friendly. I started with their pastry basket which changes daily and this day they had a March muffin, bacon scone, croissant and a chocolate bread. All delicious. To finish up I had their chilaquiles which were BOMB! Full of flavor and all of the elements blended together. I highly recommend this place!

My husband surprised me with brunch reservations here this past weekend. The setting is very charming. Acacia House is located in a 1907 Georgian farmhouse that's part of the Alila Hotel. The design aesthetic is contemporary/upscale rustic. I ordered a lavender latte, which was delicious! For starters, we split the Acacia House Pastries, which comes with a chocolate muffin, savory scone, croissant and some sort of spiced bread. It's served with butter and marmalade. It's definitely enough to split. For my main, I ordered the sweet potato risotto with walnuts. It was flavorful and very filling. I had enough to take home for an early supper. I'd like to come back and try the dinner here one day. FYI: There's no self-parking option onsite, but there is complimentary valet.

Classy mansion on the north end of town, Acacia by appearances might put folks inclined towards a more laid back experience ill at ease. I have come here for these people, as a lantern on the path to light their way. To set that anticipated impression aside. Because yes, while it looks all mansiony and classy the humans that run around inside, the staff devoted to your singularly positive experience, are super chill and real and a ton of fun. Best of both worlds! This is where 2023 became 2024 for us and as we entered for a 10 PM supper and ensuing merriment they were putting out the hats and favors and there were other people dining and many empty tables and I figured others would be arriving for the merriment and then. Nobody came. And the diners dining finished and took their leave before the clock even struck 11:30. What the heck. Our fixed-menu NYE supper was flat out delicious, with a variety and ample portions I was not expecting. Seriously, one of the best meals I've eaten in quite some time. We were so stuffed come the fourth course we had to scale back to single plates to share going forward. And come the countdown, it was just us and staff. Which was actually perfect. Much revelry and conversation and pretty much the perfect vibe for the turning out of one year and welcoming a new one. We will return to sample what they offer on a normal day, there's no doubt about it. And had I one dollar, I'd put it on the square that anticipated round two to be as good if not better. Though the bar was set quite high. Thanks, Acacia people, for a very wonderful time.

Looking for the best burger and margarita of your life in a charming, unpretentious, gorgeous lunchtime spot in St. Helena? Please let me introduce you to Acacia House. We had our first visit on Monday for lunch - and I cannot express how pleasant and joyful and relaxed and lovely it was. Valet parking was the only option here so we took it and it was easy and hassle-free. We made a reservation - got a table on the patio - just in front of this beautiful old house. Initially we were a little close to another table of two but they left and then it was plenty of space for ourselves to be silly and laugh and talk. I got the Mexico City margarita and it was easily the best margarita I have had. Salt foam, super cold glass, beautiful flavor with lime shavings on top. My husband ordered a glass of rose. Kids enjoyed their lemonades. Starter was chips and dip (homemade chips, labneh, trout roe) which felt very decadent and so tasty. I had the burger and it was absolutely the best one I've ever had - double patties, double cheddar, lettuce, caramelized onion, pickle, special sauce. So tall, but not fat, which was great - and so juicy and messy and one that requires you to close your eyes and just revel in the majesty. Fries were crisp and eaten in a flash. We may have fought over the fries. My husband tried the chicken schnitzel and liked it a lot. Dessert was Moss of the Valley, an interesting light and natural ending - cookies and creme mousse, dark chocolate, chocolate sorbet, caramelized cocoa nibs, matcha moss cake, lemon dew. A tasty medley of flavors and chocolate weaved 4 different ways in it. Did I mention how beautiful every detail was from the water glasses to the margarita glass to the plates and lemonade glasses and heat lamps? They know style and I was dazzled. Oh yes and their bathroom is gorgeous- make sure to check it out. Overall, this is how I wish every lunch to be. Service was attentive and nice and not snooty or affected (which I appreciate SO much). It felt down to earth and just an experience where we felt happy and well taken care of.

Service - amazing service, knowledgeable and on point. Thanks Brianna for a great brunch! Ambiance- cool, laid back dining area. Relaxing and informal chic. Front, outdoor covered porch tables and rear patio available as well. Parking - parking on property is by valet only. If you eat at Acacia you get complimentary valet so don't hesitate to use the valet Food - TL:DR - just come and eat. Eggs and lobster- their take on eggs Benedict but elevated. If you like lobster and Béarnaise sauce then this is the dish for you. Truly sublime. Decadence on a plate. chilaquiles - if you like this dish then you definitely need to try their take on this. The salsa Roja is awesome. Hint of spice with all the flavor. Order extra if like your chilaquiles on the wetter side. French press coffee - delicious, strong like coffee should be
